With an impressive track record in business and leadership, Sheikh Mubarak Al Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al Sabah, is a prominent figure in the Kuwait commerce and social sectors.

Sheikh Mubarak has a distinguished academic record, holding an M. Phil Degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) and a BA Science with Economics (Hons) from the University of Buckingham (UK). Sheikh Mubarak is also a graduate of The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst in the United Kingdom.

In his current capacity as Vice Chairman of Action Group Holdings and founder of both Action Real Estate Company KSCC (AREC) and Action Hotels WLL, Sheikh Mubarak has been instrumental in spearheading a number of prominent real estate, hospitality and investment projects, which have all served to raise international standards in Kuwait and that of the Middle East.

In addition to his interests at Action Group Holdings, Sheikh Mubarak holds influential positions with several other major organisations including that of Founding Chairman of Al Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company KSC.

Sheikh Mubarak is an active member of a number of professional organisations and has a particular interest in international affairs.

He is Chair of the Kuwait-Austria Business and Friendship Association (KABFA), a member of The Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) and also involved in Kuwait-British Relations.

 In addition, he is a member of The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) and the Kuwait Economic Society.

Sheikh Mubarak takes great pride in his heritage and is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The Abdullah Mubarak Foundation, which focuses on providing funding and scholarships to further Islamic Academia.
